Impermanence is the First of the Buddha’s Three Marks of Existence

All things are impermanent (not permanent, being in a state perpetual change) 

The Three Marks: Anicca, dukkh (suffering, reactivity), and anatta (the absence of an abiding self)

Vegetarian meals, location is high altitude, about a four hour drive from Denver and one hour from Alamosa airport. Single room occupancy with shared bathrooms, workshop size limited. A combination of silent meditation and interactive study and exploration of Integral Zen Healing.
