Enlightening Your Shadows - A Path to Waking Up [4 Day Retreat]

Mar 5, 4:00 pm - Mar 8, 3:00 pm EST

Charles Town, West Virginia, USA

Description

Shadows are those things that we hide, repress or deny about ourselves. Emotions are the gateway to mining the gold that hides in the shadows!

At the Enlighten Your Shadows Retreat you will receive powerful meditation instructions that will help you to realize your own True Nature. From the stability of pure selfless awareness you will recognize the real nature and purpose of your emotions, and then find that Your ANGST really is your Liberation! You will learn to illuminate your ego structures and explore your individual shadows. Most importantly, you will learn tools that will help you find more peace, joy and creativity in your life.

We are part of Nature. Come learn how to let your body, your emotions (likes and dislikes), your thoughts (opinions and beliefs), your dreams, and especially your conflicts, inform and liberate you. Come learn to differentiate between your disowned selves (shadows) and your undeveloped selves (golden shadows).
